We have a very active math time in our classroom with 10 math workstations going on at the same time! The second graders meet with me and go to two different workstations each day. Here are a few photos of them during math today!
In the pictures you will see students practicing doubles facts using a pumpkin game and tools called Rekenreks. You'll also see them using dominoes to make fact families and spending time reading math books. The students with the orange keys are actually working on subtraction facts! There are so many ways to have fun with math!
